Nichiyo

Nichiyo runs the most popular ramen stall in The Great Panda City. They are also, coincidentally, the city's worst master of disguise. The kitsune mask and hip spectacles were meant to help them observe customers unnoticed, a self-assigned mission to perfect their broth recipe. Instead, it made them a local landmark. This accidental fame had one strange benefit: when the great deceiver Azamuku arrived, weaving illusions of wealth and power that charmed the Panda Council, Nichiyo saw none of it. Peering over their steaming bowls, they saw only a shifty figure holding shiny rocks. They once foiled a major plot by loudly asking Azamuku why their 'Amulet of Endless Fortune' looked exactly like the painted pebble they use to hold down napkins.
