They are the city's most feared, and anonymous, food critic. The ninja mask isn't for hiding from enemies, but for concealing a grimace when a dish disappoints. The Haori is simply for presentation. They once spent a week observing a dango stand, their goggles focused, only to leave a single, devastating note: 'Too much sugar.' Their war is one of culinary standards.
