Marehiko can be found near the great fish statue, their intense eyes fixed on a cutting board, a faint strawberry milk stain on their apron. The Trusty Katana on their back never moves for combat. Its purpose is far more precise: slicing river fish so thin one can see the mist from the falls through them. The Meow Cap is a nod to their most discerning clientele, the Mystic Cats, who value perfection. It is said their stall is blessed, as Maneki-neko themself is a frequent visitor, quietly accepting a perfectly prepared meal. Serving the bringer of fortune is a solemn duty Marehiko accepts with a silent nod.
