Chimper #2532
Shihoyo was a general in the armies of The Teikodian Empire, known for their unwavering discipline. But discipline can be a cage. An order came down from the golden spiresโa strategic sacrifice of a border village to lure out an enemy force. Shihoyo executed it perfectly, and the victory was celebrated for a week. The general, however, never celebrated. Haunted by the memory, they resigned their command and walked away from the capital's grandeur. They found solace in the ancient teachings of Shujin, which spoke not of power, but of patience and growth. The bamboo they now carry is not for combat, but for craft. Each vessel they shape is an act of atonement, a quiet attempt to build something in a world where they were once so good at taking things apart.
