Chimper #2652
"They have the absolute worst ideas," the apprentice muttered, polishing their spectacles. "And they always, always work." Below them, the sunset bled across a thousand crystalline peaks, making the midnight-dark fortress shimmer with borrowed light. Sekiyoshi had arrived in the highlands seeking a challenge, inspired by the legend of Yuji's selfless leap into the webway. To them, courage was the only magic that mattered. This belief led them to try and 'borrow' a power shard from a senior wizardโs lab. Ren, the lab's long-suffering apprentice, was assigned to supervise Sekiyoshi's 'restitution'โa tedious survey of humming monoliths. Ren reads energy charts and mutters about containment failures; Sekiyoshi scales a glowing rock face with a smirk. One is a pragmatist, the other an idealist, and somehow, they get the job done.
