Every morning, Koutarou the Modest offers a sincere apology to the three bamboo shoots they accidentally uprooted yesterday. As The Great Panda City’s fastest messenger, their Lightspeed Suit often gets ahead of them. So does the raw earth energy humming from the chakra stone on their back. When the Panda Council gives them an urgent dispatch, their eyes glow with a borrowed, manic light, and their journey becomes less of a delivery and more of a geological event. They once carved a new, perfectly functional staircase into a cliffside just by tripping. The locals gave them the name, not for humility, but for their habit of saying, “Pardon the mess,” after inadvertently creating a new rock garden in the middle of a plaza.
