Minoka

Minoka is the worst student the Panda Council has ever seen, yet they have never once failed a test. They attend lectures in a baggy sweater, utterly indifferent to the freezing winds that whip through The Great Panda City. During sparring, the ambient chill from their frost katana causes an opponent's weapon to crack before a single blow is exchanged. Their power is innate, a passive force that bends reality around them in a way that reminds elders of Asayaka's presence. But it is entirely undisciplined. The Council tries to teach them control, but Minoka sees no problem to solve. They just adjust their monocle, watching the world’s complexities flatten into simple patterns, a fresh daisy always blooming in their hair.
