Shuria

The wanderer with the red fox beanie is a familiar sight at The Dojo, yet remains a stranger to most. They never spar, nor do they seek a master's guidance. Instead, Shuria watches. For a week, they observed two trainees fail the same spinning strike, their frustration frosting the air. One evening, as the students passed, defeated, Shuria sat by the frozen lake, telling them a simple story they’d once heard—a tale of the hidden master Hensō, who taught a student to find balance by watching a single falling leaf. Shuria never mentioned the strike, only the leaf's gentle spiral. The next morning, the move was perfect. Shuria offered a quiet nod from across the courtyard and then turned towards the main gate, their journey far from over.
