Chimper #3605
When the ghost dragons began to howl with the rains, the caravan drivers knew to stay put. That’s when they saw Inagi. A lone figure moving through the scorched plateaus of The Dragon Wastelands. They wore scales of green, like an old legend, and their face was marked with paint that spoke not of battle, but of pilgrimage. The drivers say they asked only one question, their voice raspy from the wind, 'Have you seen the Anchor’s trail?' They were following Michi, but not like a disciple seeks a master. It was more like a debt being paid. One of the guards swore the simple apple stick Inagi carried was blooming with a single, impossible leaf. They never saw them again after they disappeared into the fog.
