Furana

In Waterfall City, they say you can't teach an old frog to leap backwards, which might explain Furana. Their dojo instructor insists they're the laziest trainee they've ever had, constantly napping through lectures on wind shear. Yet, the moment Furana wakes, they'll tap their Ol' Pilot Helmet and correctly predict a squall half an hour away. The fishers who work the lower pools have a different story. They saw Furana 'practice' a simple package drop by flying upside down and landing the parcel perfectly in the hand of the great fish statue. A young vendor swears Furana told them they're only a trainee again because they 'misplaced their favorite cloud.' Nobody knows the real story, but all agree: for a beginner, they seem to have been everywhere already.
