Chimper #4389
There's a saying at The Dojo: "Even a fallen leaf knows which way the wind blows." It's what Momochi believed when they first saw Ikkou standing utterly motionless, war paint stark against a face of pure, unamused focus. Here, Momochi thought, was a master of stealth, a natural shadow. What the ambitious leader failed to notice was the squirrel on the branch above, which Ikkou was trying to telepathically convince not to eat the single most perfect autumn leaf they had ever seen. The war paint was the unfortunate result of a run-in with a spilled pot of ink. Ikkou accepted the offer to become a "shadow agent" because they were too polite to say no. Their missions are a string of happy accidents, and their fearsome reputation is built entirely on misunderstanding.
