Nodomi

Nodomi is sworn to protect their entire commune under Eiichi Chifu's watch, yet they spend most of their time trying not to break anything near the one crystal carver they adore. Their resilience is famous in The Crystal Highlands of Armaria; they once slipped down a monolith and only complained about scuffing their suit. But in the presence of their crush, all fortitude dissolves into fumbling. Their Guiding Lanterns become chaotic pendulums, their feet find every loose pebble, and their face is a permanent mask of shock. One sunset, they rushed to help carry a fragile shard, only to trip and send it skittering across the plaza. The carver simply picked it up, admiring the new, accidental facet Nodomi had chipped into it.
