Igetaayako

The other trainees at The Dojo will tell you Igetaayako is simply accident-prone. They see the scrapes, the unamused stare, and the way they sometimes halt mid-swing to stare intently at a wall, and they assume a lack of focus. The truth is, Igetaayako's focus is split. They share a psychic channel with the potion master, Itame, and their disciplined mind is constantly flooded with visions of bubbling cauldrons and frantic searches for rare fungi. This makes romance… complicated. Another trainee, who spends more time patching up Igetaayako's scrapes than sparring, once tried to confess their feelings. They were interrupted when Igetaayako suddenly grabbed their arm, looked them dead in the eye, and declared, “The newt’s tears must be harvested at dawn.” Far from being deterred, their admirer simply nodded and asked if they needed help finding a bucket.
