Jinbei champions tradition; Kurika, a self-proclaimed culinary mystic, pursues perfection with their ancestral Dragonslayer Blade, a terrifying weapon they use exclusively for slicing mochi with geometric precision. The Panda Council has twice mediated disputes over glazing techniques. Locals say Kurika’s KO’d eyes are from a flour-sack fight that got out of hand. Yet, when Jinbei's bamboo steamer broke last week, a new one appeared on their doorstep before sunrise. They both know who left it, and neither will ever speak of it.
