Noehiko

Every morning, Noehiko attempts to brew tea, an act the other trainees watch from a safe distance. The Imperial guards whisper that Noehiko’s power rivals Oda, but they also saw them trip over their own staff and accidentally turn a training dummy into a flock of confused pigeons. The senior wizards of The Teikodian Empire despair; one day Noehiko solves an arcane paradox that has baffled scholars for centuries, the next they use a priceless reality-bending scroll to wipe up spilled ink. They are a transcendent being who still has to be reminded to label their potions correctly, lest someone accidentally drink a concoction that makes their hair sing sea shanties. It’s a very catchy shanty, at least.
