Chimper #2278
Sadayuki’s hands were steady enough to carve a flute from an amber branch, yet they trembled uncontrollably the day they drew their sabre in true fear. They were a guardian of a peaceful clearing, a place of song and endless feasts, where their blade was meant to be a symbol, not a weapon. But when a shadow beast lunged from the wilder woods, panic overrode their patient training. They swung the Mega Sabre with all their might. Only when the creature lay still did they see it was no monster, but a lost forest spirit, confused and terrified. The shocked expression they wear is a mirror of the spirit's last look. They now wear tactical goggles, desperate to see truth through any illusion, forever guarding the forest from the single greatest threat it has ever known: their own reaction.
