Chimper #2714
Shukuna scaled the pagoda wall, gripping the slick bamboo with practiced ease as the purple sky of The Great Panda City loomed above. A low, dry whisper, audible only to them, came from their crimson cap. “Left. Two guards. Complaining about the wind.” Shukuna adjusted their course without a word. They were never truly alone. This dual nature, so like the tales of Taihi, began when their own nurturing warmth almost got them caught by an Imperial agent. In the aftermath, they found a cynical, bodiless spirit and offered it refuge. Now, they are two minds in one mission. Shukuna navigates the world with a friendly face; the spirit provides the constant, squinting suspicion. One keeps the other safe, the other keeps them from becoming completely cold.
