What do you make of the merchant with the perpetually shocked expression? You see them in The Great Panda City, by the bamboo-lined streets, their retro attire always a season out of sync. For years, they were just another vendor selling trinkets. Then, things started to happen. A customer complained that a clay pot they bought began to glow, and Koujirou, eyes wide, just offered a refund. They say the raw power flowing through them is a recent development, an evolution that surprised them most of all. Some compare their burgeoning control to Yasuke's discipline, but where Yasuke honed their skills with intent, Koujirou seems to stumble into mastery. Last week, their wizard staff fell and the ground bloomed with frost-ferns. They just stared, as if seeing it for the first time.
