Unahiko

"You never see one without the other anymore," a boatwright grumbled, watching the pair cross the plaza in Waterfall City. "The walking statue and their noisy shadow." Unahiko and Hagika’s rivalry began over a disputed bounty on a rogue water spirit, a chase that ended with them both soaked and blaming the other. Yet, their paths kept crossing. Unahiko, the thoughtful observer in their ancient helm, would devise a meticulous plan. Hagika would promptly ignore it, creating chaos that, miraculously, Unahiko could turn into an advantage. They were a study in opposites, arguing over everything from combat tactics to the proper way to gut a fish. But after each mission, they would sit by the falls, the roar of the water filling the silence between them.
