Momojo

Momojo has the most disarming smile in all of Waterfall City, but their hands have signed more death warrants than any magistrate. They grew up on the lower docks, watching deals go sour and promises break, learning that the city's visible protectors couldn't reach the rot growing in its hidden corners. Seeking a more effective path, they studied the annals of ambition and betrayal, finding a grim mentor in the history of Momochi. They adopted the cult leader's ruthless philosophy: that true change requires a will untethered by sentiment. Their azure visor helps them see the world as a series of targets and objectives, a necessary filter for the work that must be done. They still greet merchants with that easy smile, a calculated disguise for the shadow agent protecting the city with methods it would never condone.
