Chimper #3765
Nameko was supposed to be a serene and respected noble. Seeking the tranquility Monku spoke of, they adopted a disguise to fish by the river winding through the bamboo-lined streets: a simple yukata, a ninja mask for privacy, and a ramen bowl hat grabbed in a rush. But the high-altitude city's elite saw something else. A rival diplomat, unnerved by the masked figure's patient stillness, reported a master spy. A Panda Council warden, attempting to question them, received only a silent, focused nod and retreated, convinced they had met a legendary assassin. Soon, offerings were left by their fishing spot—gifts to appease the city's mysterious new guardian. Nameko, just trying to feel the cold wind and ignore their duties, keeps pushing the chests of jewels back into the river, an act interpreted as incorruptible loyalty.
