Every morning, Kurione meticulously polishes their combat pole, its surface catching the light from the spinning magical rocks that float high above the valley. The wizards in the dark fortress below see this angelic figure’s radiant silhouette against the sunrise and speak of their connection to the compassionate spirit of Suki. They believe Kurione is a determined explorer, seeking ancient truths among the crystal monoliths. They are half right. Kurione is determined, but their expeditions are not for artifacts. They use their pole to gently dislodge the rare, shimmering Sunstone Berries from impossibly high ledges. The thief mask isn't for stealth; it’s to reduce the glare. Their quest is for the universe’s most perfect jam, a smear of which is almost always on their face.
