Chimper #464
Every morning, Ikufumi practices the slow, deliberate stances of the Panda Council on a sun-drenched marble balcony. Courtiers of The Teikodian Empire pass below, seeing only a trainee in ridiculously layered clothes, fumbling with a carved cane. They view Ikufumi as a diplomatic courtesy, a cultural exchange student utterly out of their depth in the golden capital. Ikufumi encourages this belief with a clumsy bow and a constant, knowing side smile. They never mention that the azure visor can see through illusions or that the cane's carvings are a complex cipher, updated nightly with every whispered plot and secret pact they overhear. The Empire thinks it has a guest; the Panda Council knows it has a spy.
