Chimper #4645
Every morning, Yuaha traces the grim contours of their Soul Chaser helmet before setting it aside. Here, among streets lined with bamboo and shivering cherry blossoms, the high-altitude wind feels clean, a stark contrast to the ash they once breathed. They came to this city for peace, but instead they found Yuuichi. Their rival waits for them at dawn, convinced the dark legacy of the cult still clings to Yuaha’s elder armour. Their spars are silent, a clash of two opposing philosophies that always ends in a draw. Yuaha abandoned the creed of the Soul Chasers, but not the discipline. Yuuichi sees only a threat, a shadow in their peaceful city. The question hangs between them, colder than the mountain air: can a weapon ever truly be put down?
