Souseiseki

Souseiseki is known throughout The Great Panda City for two things: flawlessly retrieving artifacts from heavily guarded temples and tripping over their own feet in the market square. Trained by a silent master for the Panda Council, they perfected the art of invisibility but found the life of a shadow dreadfully dull. After one mission too many spent hiding in a dusty urn, they begged for a new role. The council, amused, reassigned them as an explorer, a position Souseiseki assumed involved scenic walks and sampling exotic fruits. Instead, they constantly find themself in the wrong ancient ruin at the worst possible time, treating deadly traps with the weary exasperation of someone who just wanted to open a teahouse. They still wear the mask, mostly so no one can see them rolling their eyes.
