Chimper #1864
Mokari has the decorated suit of a general, but the tactical mind of an artist who just discovered a new shade of blue. They learned survival from Shujin, a lesson they mostly apply to enduring long, boring shifts guarding the pale stone temple in Waterfall City. During a tense negotiation with river traders, Mokari spotted a perfectly weathered roof tile and began using a complex series of hand signals to ask a friend to fetch it for a painting. The lead trader, seeing the frantic gestures, mistook them for a warning about an ambush from the rooftops. They immediately conceded to all terms. Mokari was lauded for their silent, brilliant de-escalation. The tile is still up there.
