Chimper #2088
Ever since that business with the wandering mage, opinions on Migiha in the Teikodian Empire have been... divided. A palace guard will tell you Migiha is the most earnest traditionalist they have ever met, a soul who still bows to statues. The same guard will also tell you they saw Migiha trying to have a very serious conversation with a lamppost, mutton chops quivering with intensity. A market vendor claims Migiha once paid for a bag of rice with a handful of shiny leaves, looking utterly stunned when told they weren't currency. The truth is, Migiha is a fantastic guide, provided the reality-bending warrior Sakkaku hasn't passed through recently. Unlucky for Migiha, their paths cross often, leaving them in a perpetual state of shock. The lanterns are for guidance, but the wide eyes are for when the road turns to soup.
