Rangiku

Every morning, Rangiku pores over maps of places far from The Teikodian Empire, chewing on a chocolate stick—a nervous habit from childhood. To onlookers, they are a studious explorer planning their next adventure. Only their oldest friend, Ineko, knows the truth. The maps are coded with information from a journal they found years ago in the palace dungeons, one filled not with treasure locations, but with the names of the disappeared. Ineko keeps the original safe while Rangiku, under the guise of an adventurer, investigates the forgotten corners of the realm where the Empire's gilded history frays. The white bandana they wear is not for prestige; it is a silent promise made between two friends to uncover a truth no one else dares to look for.
