Chimper #3901
Etsushirou is exceptionally good at mending their own haori. They sit on the lower steps of Waterfall City, where the mist from the great falls is thickest, with a needle and thread that seem impossibly delicate in their grasp. The patch of undead slime that clings to their face, a constant, living reminder of their condition, sometimes drips onto the fabric. They never flinch. With intense focus, a trait honed in countless battles, they pull each stitch tight and clean. The other chimps and frogs who work the boats give them a wide berth, not out of fear, but a kind of quiet respect. Etsushirou never speaks, but their presence is part of the city's rhythm. The mended seam is always perfect.
