Gurina

Gurina’s eyepatch isn't made of hardened leather, but of enchanted moss silk, shaped like a smiling frog. They received it as a gift in The Crystal Highlands of Armaria, not for a wound, but for a kindness. Gurina had found a young apprentice from the fortress, lost among the monoliths and crying because a complex levitation spell had failed. Instead of offering arcane advice, Gurina simply sat with the child and told a silly story about a frog who wanted to lick the sunset. The apprentice, laughing through tears, gifted them the patch as thanks. The wizards and scientists, usually poring over ancient texts, now often pause to smile when Gurina passes. The patch reminds everyone that the most powerful magic isn't always found in spinning rocks, but sometimes in a simple, shared laugh.
