Chimper #4618
"That's the third time this week," the frog merchant sighed, pointing a webbed finger at the warrior tangled in the plaza's fish statue. Umegiku had only been trying to rescue a kite. This was, by Waterfall City standards, a normal afternoon. They possess the intense eyes and disciplined gear of a master swordsman, but apply their formidable skills to the most mundane problems with catastrophic enthusiasm. They once tried to stop a runaway fish cart by assuming an ancient defensive stance, which only resulted in them being covered in mackerel. The locals dubbed them "the Jolly," a name born of pure comedic spectacle. Dangling from the statue, Umegiku finally freed the kite and offered the crowd below a triumphant, upside-down grin.
