Chimper #5039
In The Great Panda City, they say the bamboo that bends is wiser than the stone that cracks. Denpako feels very much like a stone. One day, they were cataloging scrolls in a quiet library, the next they were here, gasping in the thin, cold air with no memory of the journey. It felt like the stories told of Eikoโa life reset without permission. The Panda Council, finding them shivering in a simple tee, assigned them a trainee position. But their veteran bandana feels like a mockery now; itโs a relic from a life of quiet study, not fending off freezing winds on patrol. Every rustle of bamboo, every formal bow from a council member, widens their eyes. They still haven't learned how to bend.
